Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and always strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of our production process, please review the following terms carefully.

1. On-Demand Production

All apparel items are produced on demand after an order is placed. For this reason, and in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), these products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means they cannot be returned or refunded simply because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • On-demand apparel, as each item is produced uniquely per order.

  • Accessories purchased together with on-demand apparel as complemenntary items forming part of a unique collection. In this case, they are considered part of the custom order and are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.

  • Returns made without prior authorization.

3. Returnable Items

  • Accessories purchased individually (without on-demand apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. To request this:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@dripdrops.ch.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, reshipment costs must be covered by the customer.
